Worthington Composite Squadron is led by Randy P Reum, First Lieutenant, CAP.

Lt Reum joined NCR-MN-113 08-Aug-14. Since joining he has progressed steadily, becoming a logistics specialist and personnel specialist. He was instrumental in helping several senior members advance professionally, as well -- several to higher grades. 

Under Reum's leadership, Worthington Composite Squadron continues to thrive and grow in numbers, in increased program activities, in Emergency Services capabilities and in service to local, state and regional communities.
